I wanted something very special for my wedding invitations that really captured where the wedding was taking place and the style of the wedding. Since my brother is an artist I had him draw up a picture of what we wanted. I met with Erica and she was able to take the drawing and turn it into beautiful wedding invitations and RSVP cards! They truly made my wedding wonderful! She is very personable and so happy to work with you to make your day be the best it can be. She was always very timely on returning my emails and calls and was willing to go out of her way to make changes when needed to the invites. I could not have had any better customer service than the kind Erica gave me. Also, all but the initial consult was done over the phone or through emails since I was attending school 500 miles away, so you do not need to be close or within travel distance to work with her. She is extremely flexible. Thank you Erica for being a great person to work with and I wish you the best! Not quite sure what you're looking for? Neither did Hope: My husband and I really loved our invitations for our wedding that Erica created! When I first contacted her and asked if she would design our wedding invitations, I had very few ideas about what I wanted. Erica was very patient with me and provided me with several design options and ideas to choose from. Once I had decided on a design, we were able to customize the design and colors to be exactly what we wanted! All of our guests loved the invitations and said they were very “us.” I could not have asked for a better product! Hired another vendor for your invitations but want to order extended product lines through Why Knot? No problem! Read Lynzee's story: I met Erica at a bridal show and was instantly impressed with her professionalism and the quality of her products. I ordered my wedding programs and “I Spy” game through her and would have definitely ordered my invitations if I hadn’t ordered them [prior] through a different vendor; needless to say I wish I would have found [Erica] first! I gave her my invitation and basically told her to match what she created to the [existing] invitation; she did and they looked amazing.
